Bond Golf Global, in partnership with Club Car® Women’s Employee Network (WEN), iHeart Media Augusta, and Cher’s Sisters Only Club, hosted a highly successful Women’s Golf Day event at The Practice Club at Jones Creek in Augusta, Georgia. The event welcomed over 200 participants in celebration of the global initiative to empower women through golf, showcasing Bond Golf Global’s commitment to inclusivity and community engagement.
The Practice Club opened its state-of-the-art range for one-on-one instruction, offering women of all skill levels the opportunity to practice and learn in a supportive and welcoming environment. PGA teaching professionals led the sessions, and former PGA Tour and Champions Tour member Jim Dent made a special appearance to inspire and share tips.
“The diverse group of women and the energy throughout the day were electrifying,” said Andrew Brooks, Owner of The Practice Club at Jones Creek and founder of Bond Golf Global. “Events like these embody our mission to grow the game of golf and create lasting connections.”
The free event also raised $1,000 for Cher’s Sisters Only Club through Long Drive and Closest to the Pin contests, supporting scholarships and women-focused initiatives. “It was an incredible day of community, learning, and fun,” said Cher Best, President of Cher’s Sisters Only Club.
