Andrew Brooks, Owner & Founder
Andrew Brooks is the founder and owner of Bond Golf Global, bringing with him a lifetime of experience and passion for the game of golf. A former UK PGA Professional, Andrew has built an illustrious career that spans the globe, blending his expertise in playing, teaching, and managing golf with a deep understanding of how the sport serves as a bridge across different business and social cultures.
Early in his career, Andrew dedicated himself to helping golfers of all abilities as a Club Professional, focusing on instruction, play, and development. This foundation instilled in him a strong commitment to fostering talent and elevating the game for everyone involved. Over time, Andrew transitioned into the management side of the golf industry, taking on leadership roles at some of the world’s most prestigious clubs, including those owned and operated by high-profile hotels. His tenure with IMG in Asia further enriched his understanding of cultural nuances in the global golf business, solidifying his ability to navigate and succeed in diverse environments.
Andrew’s extensive travels and hands-on experience have given him an unmatched ability to turn vision into reality. One of his most notable accomplishments was leading the reopening and management of Port Royal Golf Course in Bermuda, a Robert Trent Jones Sr. masterpiece.
Following its extensive refurbishment in 2008, Andrew oversaw operations and the staging of four PGA Grand Slam of Golf tournaments in close collaboration with the PGA of America.
In addition to his operational expertise, Andrew excelled in golf tourism development during his five-year tenure with Bermuda Tourism. He successfully crafted and implemented a sales and marketing strategy that elevated Bermuda’s reputation as a premier golf destination. Through strategic relationship-building and innovative event planning, Andrew significantly increased the island’s exposure, directly boosting golf tourism revenue and solidifying Bermuda’s place on the global stage.
Today, Andrew leverages his extensive knowledge and global perspective to lead Bond Golf Global. His visionary leadership and dedication to inclusivity and innovation continue to shape the future of golf, ensuring that the sport remains accessible and relevant for players, communities, and businesses around the world.
Eric Jonke- Partner
Eric is a seasoned sports consultant currently residing in Cleveland, Ohio, following a distinguished seven-year tenure in Chicago as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sports Marketing at Kemper Sports. Prior to his time in Chicago, Eric spent 20 years at International Management Group (IMG) in Cleveland, serving as Senior Vice President in the Golf Division. There, he was responsible for overseeing North American tournament operations and sales, including tournament management, marketing, and sponsorships.
Over the course of his career, Eric has played a pivotal role in the sale and management of more than $300 million in sponsorships and the production of over 150 golf events. He has worked extensively with events, athletes, and corporate executives to activate brands and meet sponsorship objectives. Among the many notable events he has helped create, sell, and operate are the Shark Shootout with Greg Norman, the Father/Son Challenge with NBC, the prime-time Battle Series under the lights with Tiger Woods, the Skins Game, the Tavistock Cup, the UBS Cup with the Golf Channel, the INTERNATIONAL at Castle Pines, the Deutsche Bank Championship, the Samsung World Championship of Women’s Golf, the Transamerica Senior Golf Championship, the Lexus Challenge, the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, and the Palmer Cup, golf’s collegiate Ryder Cup.
Eric’s expertise extends beyond event management. He worked with Lagardère Sports on the marketing and sponsorship of The Greenbrier Classic PGA TOUR event in West Virginia, as well as the CareerBuilder Challenge hosted by Phil Mickelson in La Quinta, California. Throughout his career, Eric has collaborated with some of the most iconic names in golf, including Arnold Palmer and Mark McCormack at IMG, Jack Vickers at The INTERNATIONAL at Castle Pines, and Jack Nicklaus at the Memorial Tournament, where he began his career.
With a deep network of relationships spanning the PGA TOUR, LPGA, PGA of America, USGA, and major television networks, as well as corporations and professional golfers, Eric’s expertise and experience make him an invaluable asset to the world of golf. His dedication to the sport and ability to execute high-profile events have established him as a trusted leader in the industry.

With a successful background in the golf industry through her golf simulation startup, Megan seamlessly combined her passion for innovation with her business acumen to introduce a unique and impactful offering to the market. Her entrepreneurial journey highlights her ability to manage all facets of a business, including marketing, operations, and finance, while consistently achieving growth and delivering outstanding results.
Throughout her career, Megan has been instrumental in building and elevating brands, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and driving success through creative solutions. Her leadership spans multiple industries, where she has spearheaded business development initiatives, executed impactful marketing campaigns, and cultivated relationships that have led to sustained growth and success.
